Formerley based at 294 Ecclesall road for twenty years, we moved to our new and greatly improved premises above in September 2006.

PayPal - address needs to be 'Confirmed' by PayPal before we will send order!. If you will not 'Confirm' your Paypal adress and we despatch items, we will not accept any responsibility for any problem regarding non-delivery of goods, nor will we issue a refund. Cheques minimum amount £12.00, needs up to 14 days clearance. Debit cards welcome and payment over the phone.

Items sent via various methods - Important- we always obtain a proof of posting receipt from the Post Office for your purchase: if the item is lost in the post we will provide you with this receipt, but can not assist you further. We recommend that you ask for an insured service, or recorded delivery. Customers purchasing from Southern Ireland will need to pay at least £10 more on top of whatever postal service they chose. Please contact if you want an alternative method of posting. We can offer 'Special delivery' and extra insurance via Post Office methods. NOTE: We charge more if you require a Saturday Delivery via Special Delivery service! Customers abroad are reccommended to ask us to post by 'Airsure' or similar methods if they wish to have insurance for their purchase!

FAULTY ITEMS: You must contact us within 7 days of receipt to organise returning the item for a refund. UNWANTED ITEMS: If you bought an item in error or it is no longer required we will accept it back under the following conditions - 1. You must contact us within 7 days 2. The item must have a final value of at least £10 3. We will charge a 25% re-stocking charge 4. We will not refund postage costs 5. Items with a value of £10 or less may not be returned for a refund UNLESS it is faulty.

We are open from 9-5 Monday to Saturday. For questions regarding items sold on ebay you must contact us via the 'ask seller a question' link. We are now situated at 473 Ecclesall road, next door to Coffee Revolution, just past the Berkley Precinct ( where Tesco is). It is usually easy to park your car in the Tesco car park ( 2 hours free parking - but do not leave, return, and park within 5 hours or you get a £40 fine..) and walk up to us ( one minute away! ), or grab onroad parking - it is 20p to park for two hours in the allocated bays on the left hand side of Ecclesall Road going out of town, or 20p for 4 hours parking on the right hand side of Ecclesall road going out of town - our shop is on the left hand side as you come out of town. Plus, watch out for urban clearway before 9.30am and after 4.00pm. Ecclesall Road is the A625, the main road which eventually leads you to Hathersage and Castleton.
