History/background
In 1986 we opened a service related business. We quickly learned taking care of our customers quickly with fair prices our business kept growing. In 1997, we expanded into fishing related products. Then in 2002, we modified our product line to provide a more specialized products and offered a new website for customers to purchase from as well as using eBay as a tool to further market our products and increase our customer base.
Payment policy
We accept Paypal and Visa/MC by phone. If you would like you combine ship your order you may contact us and we will send you a Paypal invoice. It is up to you.
Delivery information
Most orders are shipped same day if order is placed before noon Monday - Friday Central Standard Time.
Return policy
In most cases, we do except exchanges if item is returned within 7 days of date shipped at the expense of the buyer. Restocking fees apply. The item exchanged must be in exact same condition and packaging with tags when applicable. We only offer store credit.
Most Shimano equipment has a one year or a limited lifetime warranty. Accessories have a 1 year warranty from the date of purchase. Warranty issues must go through manufacturer for replacement.
