In Feb. 2004 my friend and I started creating and importing exquisite belly dance costumes. In May 2004 I took the business on full time and opened my eBay store. With the change in ownership I took Shimmy Bliss in a new direction concentrating on the needs of the American Tribal Dancer. I know how hard it is to shop online when you can't touch, feel or try it on and I want my customers to be happy with what they purchase from Shimmy Bliss. Most of these items I import are old and worn which gives them the character we look for in our costuming. Many items are one of a kind and hard to find so when you see it you might want to purchase it since I can't get any more. I bring in new items all the time and search for the unique pieces and offer them at an affordable price for all dancers to own and enjoy.

PayPal, postal money orders, personal checks

I ship in the U.S. via USPS priority mail which takes 2-3 days to receive. I ship international orders via the post office either first class international mail or priority mail international. Delivery times vary depending on how order is sent and if items get stuck in customs. I ship the same day as payment is made as long as the post office is open.
