We are a family owned and operated brick and mortar store operating out of the south side of Chicago. We always try our best to satisfy the customer and meet their needs whenever possible.

We accept PayPal payments and money orders.

We ship within 24 hours of receiving cleared payment. If we are able to, we will ship the same day of getting payment if it is before our UPS driver does our pickup or if its before the Post Office closes. We always try to ship as quickly as we can. NOTE: Buyers please be realistic. We keep getting poor detailed seller ratings by customers in the shipping and handling category. We more than likely are taking a loss on the shipping cost to compete on eBay and almost never make a single cent off our shipping charges. Please rate accordingly.

We accept all returns or exchanges as long as it is within 14 days from receiving shipment. The shoes must be unworn and come back to us with all of its original packaging and box. Refunds are made through PayPal for PayPal transactions. If you paid with a money order then your refund will be made with a check or money order. Refunds are made for the full purchase price minus the shipping charge. Return shipping is to be paid by the buyer.
