P&P includes the cost of postage, the cost of the packaging and handling. Packaging and fuel to take stuff to the PO are not free! We don't make any money out of Posting! But we have to cover the costs of packaging materials and fuel. Our time is free! We Normally post on Mondays, Tuesdays and Fridays. We have jobs so can't always get to the PO every day but we do send items out as soon as we can and if we can get to the PO on other days, we do!

We accept returns but the buyer will have to pay to post the item back and we will refund the auction price ONLY not the postage!

If you are unfortunate and your item gets lost in the post we will do what we can to help. We always put a return address on our parcels just in case. If you have chosen standard postage there is not a lot we can do if it doesn't arrive. We strongly recommend that you take the recorded delivery option so we have some comeback on the Royal Mail. Please remember that the Royal Mail do not even consider a 1st class recorded item 'missing' until it has been in the post for 15 days and will not call it lost until it has been 40 days since posting. That's their policy not ours!

All International Postage (outside the UK) will be by Recorded 'signed for' delivery. NO EXCEPTIONS. This is to ensure safe delivery. It adds £3.50 onto the price of a normal package so please be aware of that if you think our international P&P costs are high. Better to pay a little bit more than have items go missing. International items sent should arrive within 40 days. (Normally a lot quicker). If not, firstly please check at your local post office. If it isn't there we will trace it through Royal Mail using the tracking number.
