We try to ship USPS First Class Mail for items under 10oz as it does provide the lowest cost to our customers both domestic and International though a tracking number is not always provided, it is the most cost effective way to ship your items to you. We are not responsible for items lost in the mail. If you have not received an item please contact us. International buyers and US buyers for items that are under 3/4 of an inch thick when packaged, I will have proof that it was shipped from my location, but not that you received it. Non receipt of the merchandise will have to be at your risk.

Swimsuits and Cosmetics cannot be returned for Health Reasons. We do attempt to check to make sure that our products are Fresh and usable. There are cases were products will slip by as we do carry many different items. In that case we will gladly replace the product with the same or a similar product. Please contact us if there are any issues with the product. We will do what we can to make it right. If there is a reason that you would like to return a non excluded item, you will be responsible for the return shipping and we will issue a merchandise credit.
