Warehouse Thirteen is our first e-bay shop. It is managed by myself (Ell) and my husband Tucker. We live in South Wales UK, just outside of Newport in an old hair salon owned by Tuckers family.

To expand and improve our shop, we intend to purchase a wider variety of items, both new and used to add to our inventory. We will not advertise anything that we would not be happy with if we were to receive it ourselves from an e-bay seller. We will be as accurate and honest as possible when describing our items for sale.

We prefer PayPal where possible, however we understand that not everyone has a PayPal account so we will also accept Cheques, Postal Orders or Bankers Drafts.

All our postage prices are carefully researched using the Royal Mail postage calculator in order to be as accurate as possible. We aim to carefully pack all items so that they are received in the condition they were sent. We will not charge extra for items packaged in bubble wrap and packing paper as the cost of this is negligable. For larger items requiring an external box and packing beads we may ask a little extra. We will post Worldwide.

We accept returns within 7 days and will refund less P&P and e-bay fees.
