If you would like to return your product(s) for repair / replacement / refund, please kindly contact our customer service representatives for an authorized RMA number. Your returned product(s) will not be processed without a completed RMA. If you would like to return your product(s) for refund, your request must be made via email within 14 days of receipt or 30 days from the dispatched date of your order. 20% restocking fee will be charged for those returned non-defective merchandise(s). Products that are returned beyond 30 days of the order's dispatch date will be eligible for repair/replacement ONLY.
