Delivery information
I tend to reuse packaging material, both to keep costs down and because its better for the environment to recycle. All my items are sent well packaged, fully sealed and labelled 1-3 day following payment being recieved. I always obtain a proof of postage.

Return policy
No returns I'm afraid. I only sell items I'd be happy to recieve myself and I describe all my items in full, with photographs.
