We are a small family run business based in rural Norfolk, UK specialising in high quality, hand crafted kitchen storage items. These are crafted from Pine, Beech and Oak. All our timber is from FSC certified sources.

We accept PayPal as the primary method of payment on eBay, but we also welcome payment by personal cheques (UK buyers only) & postal orders. If you are buying from outside the United Kingdom then PayPal is the only payment method we can accept.

All our items are carefully and securely packaged as we want you to receive your spice rack in excellent condition. In the UK, items will be delivered by UK Mail or UPS using their 24-48hr service, (unless an alternative delivery method has been chosen). Scottish Highlands & islands, IoW, IoM, CI, IoS or NI addresses will be shipped using Royal Mail due to excessive costs. Please check individual listings for further details. Courier deliveries usually require a signature, please ensure someone is available to sign. The courier will attempt delivery twice after which it will be returned to us if no contact is made by the customer to rearrange delivery (a card will be left and delivery rearranged at www.ukmail.com or by calling them on 0845 155 2522. If items are returned as an undeliverable address, we reserve the right to refund less original postage and a restocking fee of 15% of the purchase price, to cover the costs we are charged for its return.

Should you wish to return an item, please let us know within 14 days of delivery. A full refund will be issued upon it's return in its original good condition. Return costs are the responsibility of the buyer. Should an item arrive damaged or defective, we need to be advised within 3 days or receipt. Please forward photographs showing the damage, if possible as it will speed up resolution of the issue.
