We use yodel 48 hour courier service for our large items dispatched.Our items send through yodel are trackable either by telephone or online,once dispatched. We use second class Delivery service through the Post Office for our smaller items.

We accept refunds within seven days if buyer is unsatisfied with the item. The buyer is responsible for the return costs. Should the item be faulty please contact us on 01274 640364 in the first instance to organise our delivery agent to collect the item. Should the buyer not be in when collection is agreed the buyer is responsible for our aborted collection fee.
