Return policy
Any returns need to be pre-arranged via email for specific details. On items that are returned for a exchange or changed mind situation etc are subject to a £5 admin fee & naturally Shipping and Handling is non refundable as well. If anything needs to be changed for any reason we need to be notified within 7 days of receipt at your end. It is so much better for everyone if we get right first time around. Errors on our part... of course we will take care of the above charges. If there is a problem, we can work together to resolve the problem.
