as per norm, Simon the beekeeper delivery & tracking brilliant. Well packaged. unfortunately been too busy to open the latest package but with Simon the Beekeeper things are usually good (I think I've had one maybe two very minor gripes in the past four years of use) if not they usually sort them pretty damned quick.
