Seller did everything right but I'm still not imprseesed with Royal Mail after several years of avoiding purchases from the UK. The shipping time of two weeks was an improvement, and certainly reasonable for international service, but tracking was a confused mess. Given the high cost, almost US$40 for a 1/2" x 4" x 12" package, the value is rather poor. I wouldn't avoid this seller based on performance, but I'll continue to look for any alternative possible to purchasing from the UK.
