We only accept payment by one of the following methods:- PayPal, Cheques (UK banks only), UK Postal Orders, Cash in Euros OR U.S.Dollars (We will do our CONVERSION and let you know, as it costs us to change over the currency) or £'s Sterling, Cash sent by REGISTERED post please. Paypal is the best option as it is very fast and safe. NO WESTERN UNION USD MONEY ORDERS. We only ACCEPT money orders if they are made out in GBP STERLING...nothing else, as they cost too much to change over at our end. Please kindly make payment within 7 days.

Will be stated in the listing which will include handling costs and materials, there will also be an option for insurance. (Uninsured items sent at buyers own risk). All our items are sent via Recorded Delivery. PLEASE NOTE this service is exempt from postal insurance/compensation and is used for proof of posting only. If you require insurance/compensation on valuables and items of jewellery, we can send via 'Special Delivery'

UK Returns – Refunds Policy We will gladly give a refund of the cost of only the item (NOT Shipping / Handling) within 3 days of receipt of the item if the item is not as described. If we sent it to you insured we expect it being sent back insured. Also all items are to be sent back in the condition they were sold in, not cleaned etc. We do NOT give refunds for uninsured items damaged or lost in the mail, this is not our fault and we have no way of controlling what the post office does. In the case of damaged or lost items, you will need insurance thru the post office to cover this. We are very honest people and never intentionally misrepresent our merchandise. We try to describe all flaws and beneficial info in our descriptions but we are human and do make honest mistakes occasionally so please ask any questions before bidding.
