this has been my worst ebay experience in a long time, the frame came in a box with no fragile stickers on it, it was delivered by hermes (worst courier ever) the driver never bothered telling me the frame was smashed, she just drove off
when i contacted customer support they said it wasn't there fault (even though the outside of the package had no fragile
labels) they offered a ten pound refund which i still not have received!

First of all, we accept full responsibility for the damage.
We offered a £10 refund as the frame costs less than this from Ikea to replace. You are also more than welcome to return for a full refund, including return costs (as per our returns policy on ebay).
Unfortunately, we never heard back from you, as to whether you wanted to receive the £10 refund, or to return.
