with the very delicate naturre of paper items there is always the chance that an item can be damaged in storage. A rip or tear, a crease etc. This has happened twice in many years. Unfortunately twice this week, resulting in negative feedback. We undertand the feedback, but it would be nice to acknowlege that there was an apology and full refund within 5 minutes. We always tried to please all the people all of the time. We still do. We do our best. Thank you - Paul
