Ski Plus is a totally independant family, owned and run, Ski and Snowboard business which has been established in Chelmsford in Essex for over 30 years. In our massive (5000 sq ft) store (one of the largest winter sports stores in the UK) in the heart of Chelmsford town centre, you will see that we concentrate 100% on wintersports and aim to offer the best range of Skiing and Snowboard, clothing and equipment available. Our staff are qualified and available to assist in all areas, whether it be Ski's, Boots or Clothing. It is important for us to know that you leave the shop satisfied with the service and the correct items for your holiday. We pride ourselves in the fact that we DO NOT oversell in any way. We aim to give what is right for your level and ability from being a total beginner through to an advanced skier or boarder.

Delivery information
Royal Mail and Couriers depending on weight of item. A signature will be required. Large items will be sent by courier and 2 attempts will be made to deliver. If no one is in a card will be left each time for you to contact courier and arrange delivery. If no contact is made goods will then be returned to us. If this happens and no contact is made with courier re delivery is chargable.

Return policy
We will refund all buy it now items returned within 7 days of receipt of goods with all labels attached and packaging in resalable condition. Return carriage is at the buyers expense.No refunds are given outside these terms and NO REFUNDS are given on Auction Items.
