I have over 10 years background and experience working for sky tv. I originally started travelling the country selling sky tv via roadshows and trailers in all the major town centers. After doing this for a few years i decided i had had enough of staying away from home in hotels etc so moved into another department which dealt specifically with sky customers who had accounts which had been cancelled. It was my job to return these customers to the sky fold, which i did exceptionally well at for a just over a year before i decided i wanted a position that didnt invole a lot of travelling. After a lot of soul searching i decided to leave sky for ventures new. Where should i end up, but with Telewest, (now known as Vigin Media). I worked for their credit and collections department for again nearly a year before being offered my current position back with sky tv. Having worked for both companies i can offer advice on the pros and cons of having a sky package.
Payment policy
I can accept paypal, credit or debit card over the phone, or cash in person for your initial installation fee. Your monthly billing is then done via direct debit, however if you dont have a bank account i can offer another alternative method of payment.
Delivery information
I will only charge you £1.50 for a copy of your contract to be sent to you. This i think is a fair price for a first class stamp, an A4 size envelope, and me physically getting to the post office. I can also arrange for a first class next day recorded service if you want this but this will cost £5.00.
Return policy
Obviously there are no returns. However, you can cancel this contract at any stage BEFORE your equipment has been installed and activated. You will receive a full refund of any charges you will have incurred to pay for installation.
