I have been a member for nearly ten years, and only started as a hobby to clear clutter. I now have a shop although still a private seller and like looking for good deals for my customers. I generally mail items once a week due to work commitments.

I am a private seller, but have created a shop with the intention to grow into more than a hobby

If I am listing dozens of items all at once I do not always list p+p charges. I will always provide the info on request. I calculate postage charges based on the most current Royal Mail prices based on size and weight. There will always be a little included for packaging costs - I try to recycle packaging where possible, and in the rare event of overcharge will either refund to customer ( for amounts over £1) or donate to charity (for amounts less than £1)

All items are sold as seen/ described. I do try to list as accurately as possible too avoid any problems. However occasionally items do get damaged in the post. In these events I ask customers to retain items and packaging, or provide other proof ( such as photos of goods and packaging) to aid with Royal Mail claims, and in most cases provide full refunds. I do not accept returns for items where a customer has simply changed their mind - your bid is a binding contract, so please read descriptions carefully, and ask me a question if you are unsure of anything.
