Payment policy
We accept PayPal, call me on 01484 421232 x224 to pay by credit or debit cards. Postal orders and cheques to me made payable to 'Earnshaws Motorcycles' and cash if you want to collect an item from our shop (though you will need to arrange this so the item is ready).

Delivery information
Large and more expensive items are sent by Parcelforce with the rest sent by Royal Mail. We aim to send items the same day or the day after payment has been received.

Return policy
We are happy to exchange (when possible) or refund (in full if the item is not as described - otherwise the paypal and eBay listing fees and postage costs will be deducted).
