Not the fault of the seller but the Royal Mail man was a pig I asked him to wait while I form key he posted a card and put it in the black bin which had just emptied! I saw him across the street I said you can’t do this it’s fragile and I can’t get it out now and when I did with a broom handle it was covered in bin juice and this is a wedding gift I had to wash and sanitize it before opening What an idiot he just put his head down and walked off
