Payment policy
I accept all methods of payment, but don't like e-cheques, they take far to long to clear (much longer than a normal cheque).
All I ask is that when you win/buy an item, Please pay for it ASAP or contact me telling me when you will be paying. If there is one thing that annoys me is someone winning an item or buying it on buy now and paying for it a week later with no contact or apology.
Would you walk into a high street store, put something on the counter, walk out, return in a few days and expect the item to still be there....NO...why should Ebay be any different !.

I have adjusted my postage cost with those others on eBay who sell the same type of items.
But add the price of the item to the cost of postage - your still getting a cracking deal !!

Feedback
We all like feedback, it is a simple method of letting others know of our experiences with others.
I always leave feedback when the customer has received the item, is happy and has left feedback accordingly.
I deal with feedback this way as I feel the sale is 100% complete after the customer has received their items.
Due to the changes in the Ebay feedback system - A seller is unable to leave neutrals or negatives - if I receive any, my reponse will be left under the feedback received.
If you are at all unhappy with your item - PLEASE don't go straight to the feedback section and leave a negative/neutral - CONTACT ME FIRST - explain your problem and i'm sure it can be rectified amicably...It annoys me when people use the feedback system to convey messages and not comments !!!
