Would buy similar again.
My wife wanted a fitness DVD that would be realistic for starters (like her) so this seemed appropriate.
This one cost very little (less than a fiver inc. postage).
The quality was fair and really made a difference to her.
She likes how you can personalise the work outs and they aren't very long (10 mins each).
Better than most celebrity ones as we all know they are false.
