My garden and making scenic stuff for my toy and model soldiers I also love to run longdistance and have completed many full marathons here and in the USA and Canada, am laid off by illness at the moment and hate it I itch to run, for many years I was an amatuer actor but took a break to run my own business but now am looking to get back in and have signed up with a theatrical agents too, extra work and walk-ons etc.I like to sing and very occasionally do at folk clubs.

I wish I could say the Bible, and it is, but it's not my easiest read I have to work at it, I love History and historical fiction, all of the Flashman books for example

Green Mile, Shindlers List, Saving Private Ryan, Attonement, No Country For Oldmen and Dances With Wolves.I watch and rewatch Gettysburg and Gods and Generals.

Raised poor working class, have done all kinds of jobs seldom for any great lenght of time moved around the world a bit mostly North America, ran my own fruit and veg wholesale business for 14 years but the last 4 I've been a teaching assistant in a unit for excluded teenagers.When I was very young I had a couple of years in the Royal Navy but that is a long story.
