I always do my best to post either on the day payment is received or the day after. If this is not going to be possible, I always let the buyer know. I try to re-use packaging when possible, and I do not charge more than 50p for packaging (very often it's less or nothing at all). If a buyer buys multiple items from me I offer a postage discount (items are re-weighed together). I always post 1st Class, 1st Class Recorded, Standard Parcels (only when absolutely necessary), or Parcelforce 48 (for large, heavy items). I am happy for a buyer to arrange their own courier but this will very much be at my convinience. I am not responsible for items lost in the post. I always obtain proof of postage and am happy to forward it onto a buyer if they need it.

I only accept returns if I have mis-described the item in some way. Refunds will only be given on the understanding I only refund the item in question and its original P&P costs. I do not refund for buyers to send an item back.
