Jewelry is mailed in a jewelry box with bubble wrap and transaction information surrounding it. Inside the box, we add tissue or bubble wrap to keep it stable during shipment. It is then put in a sturdy bubble mailer or mailing box with filler. Books are mailed wrapped in bubble wrap in sturdy shipping envelopes. We recycle shipping supplies to help keep our shipping costs down. But we are very picky about the ones we will reuse. We highly recommend shipping insurance. Although we pack very carefully, lots of crazy things can happen during shipment!

Although we'd prefer not to, in most cases we will within seven days. The item must be shipped back and received in the same condition as originally shipped. We will not be able to refund shipping costs. We have tried to describe each listing to the best of our ability and to take pictures that show the item so that you can take a good look! Please feel free to ask as many questions as you need to before you bid!
