Thank you for the feedback. Unless a buyer pays more for faster delivery, delay issues can happen. Free delivery to the buyer is not free for the seller & to remain competitive for a 2-3 day delivery, we have to use economy couriers such as Evri, Yodel & Royal Mail. These are all at a similar price point & all to a similar standard. Usually they're good but there can be issues on occasion. If we charge more, people don't buy, simple as. The choice for delivery next time is yours. Best regards.
