Sork-Ltd was established in 2009, following over twenty years experience in the headphones market. We offer a wide range of headphones, earphones and accessories to enhance your listening experience.

We accept Paypal as our primary payment method, however we do accept personal cheques and postal orders upon request.

Orders are dispatched on the same day prior to 3:30PM (all orders after this time are sent out the following working day). We post our orders via Royal Mail second class unless otherwise requested.

Customer satisfaction is our main priority. Returns are available within 14 days of the items shipment date. All items MUST be returned in original condition, i.e. unworn or altered etc. We do not offer reimbursement on return shipping charges.

We can be contacted by email on: support@gowiseuk.com. We aim to reply to all e-mails within 24 hours. We work from Monday to Friday between the hours of 9AM to 5PM, and although we may often be able to reply to e-mails and dispatch outside of these hours, please be patient if mailing over the weekend.
