We aim to pack and deliver your item within 48 hours of cleared payment,in the rare case of the item not being avaliable immediately we will let you know.

Our items are sold with a full description,and with measurements, please read these carefully then we should have no problems regarding not as described items. In the unlikely event that an item should reach you in less than perfect condition please be assured it did not leave us that way!We will then have to go through the couriers terms of carriage in order to place a claim, this may take a while but we will endeavour to sort out any problems.
