Unfortunately the Royal Mail managed to deliver the item to the wrong address, the seller very quickly arranged for an investigation into the error, the item was retrieved from the incorrect address by the Royal Mail and delivered to me only two days late. As a side note, you may want to use a padded envelope or rigid box in the future as I caught my postie ramming the package through the letterbox...it luckily didn't break the phials, but thoroughly smushed the box so easily could have. As described, highly recommended seller , item was dispatched quickly and tracking was good in the UK , until the international courier took over , then things got slow , contacted the seller , i quickly got a response explaining his part of the logistics which was fast with tracking unfortunately the other courier service was slow which is not in the seller control
