1* all round I'm afraid. 2 wks to send, excuse being "We've got 250 parcels to send" I do not do guilt trips on the fact a seller can't cope with what they list. £6.99 for £3.35 postage, excuses were "fees, wrapping etc" Other sellers add this on to the item price as earning from p&p is against eBay policy. Comms leave a lot to be desired, needs schooling in efficient customer service.Only giving neutral and not neg feedback because I did get a speedy refund for listing brushed cotton as suede.
