For a couple of years I did eBay in conjunction with other people but in Feb 2007 I struck out on my own.

I ship worldwide except in rare circumstances where something is particularly heavy and for local pick-up only. I generally post quickly (I'm as impatient as anyone) and always keep receipts. Tracked shipping is sometimes available, please ask if you'd like it. Collection in person is most welcome - it saves me packing and queuing in the post office.

If something isn't as described, get in touch and we can work something out. If you leave negative feedback first however, the item is yours and you'll get no help or sympathy from me.

I'm actually quite patient if someone emails and explains why there might be a delay paying for something. If you can't find the time to get in touch within 15 days however, you will be blocked from bidding on my items and I will have opened (and possibly closed) an eBay Unpaid Item Dispute to reclaim my 10% eBay seller fees. I try very hard not to mess people around and I appreciate the same from you.

Tracked postage is available currently from the UK to around 25 countries and they're mostly places like Lichtenstein. It's expensive, and in most cases unnecessary. I will use it when requested but it is NOT the default, please don't assume that for £2.20 international P&P there will be a tracking number. Everything sent by Royal Mail is insured for GBP39 - extra insurance is available if you require - I don't force it because international mail is more reliable and honest than a lot of people seem to think. Ebay is based on trust after all.
