We will always endeavour to charge a sensible post rate that accurately reflects the time taken to package the item, the packaging /tape itself, and the time taken to visit the post office or arrange a carrier.
Unless otherwise stated, most goods are NOT insured for transit damage or loss, other than via Royal Mail, where a £46 insurance cover is offered for most items (exclusions apply, see Royal Mail web site FAQ).
If delivery of your item is critical, or is worth more than £46, then you should opt for a Special Delivery option, or contact us for a rate to include insurance. Unless additional cover is requested, we cannot offer compensation above £46 or the item price, whichever is lower.

We do not accept returns, and as a private seller we are not obliged to.
However, if you have a problem with your item, and it's our mistake, then we'll happily accept a return and offer a full refund.
We regret we do not refund return postal costs except in exceptional circumstances.
If returning an item, please check with us first to see if there is a restocking charge. Also, please package carefully and ensure a proof of posting is received.
