I ship most items the day after I receive payment. The only exceptions are any items that need to be shipped from the post office including all International shipments and all LPs. They are shipped every Wednesday morning.

I will give a refund if not satisfied with purchase, only after you write to me with the reason you are requesting a refund and I approve it with my return authorization.

Within 10 days of the sale. After that time, I write to the buyer telling him or her I have not received payment. After 24-48 hours if I do not hear from buyer, I file with eBay an Unpaid item dispute. Generally not receiving a reply from the buyer indicates to me that there is a problem with the payment to me and I act accordingly.

I generally try to reply to any communication from buyers within 8 hours. Most are answered within an hour, if I am on-line at the time it comes in.
