Payment policy
We accept Bank Deposit, Paypal, Money Orders and Bank cheques (please, no personal cheques!) If you have any questions, please email me. nat@watcherwant.com. Payment is required as soon as possible after the auction ends, if you are still shopping and want to combine your purchases, please don't make payment until you have finished shopping or items can get shipped separately.

Postage Costs
We charge what Australia Post charges us. Plus we need to include cost to cover packaging, where possible we combine items to reduce postage. If you want to know how much it will cost to post several items to you, please email me and I can give you a quote before you place your bids.
When will you receive your parcel?
We post as soon as we receive payment. We pride ourselves on quick delivery, just check our feedback and you'll see what I mean. As an ebay buyer too, I know that once you've won your auction, you want that item NOW! so we really try to get it to you as soon as possible. If this means that I am still checking bank statements, and keeping the neighbourhood awake with my trusting tape gun at 4am, I do it. Fast payments (with references please!) means fast delivery for you.
Regarding Non Paying Bidders
Hey guys, do us a favour, if you don't want to pay, don't bid! It costs a seller money to list an item, even if you don't pay, so don't waste my time and money by stuffing me around! I WILL LEAVE YOU BAD FEEDBACK and I WILL PERSUE A NON-PAYING-BIDDER DISPUTE!
I have had rude and abusive emails from every single 'bidder' who has left me negative feedback, if you want the real story, just ask, I'd be happy to share the emails and you can decide for yourself who really deserves the bad feedback.
Haven't received our Invoice??
An invoice is sent at the end of the acution, to the EMAIL ADDRESS YOU HAVE REGISTERED WITH EBAY not to your eBay message inbox. Please check your inbox & junk mail folders. Hotmail, AOL & GMAIL accounts are particularly a problem. If you have an alternate email address to the one you have listed with ebay, please supply that ASAP, so I can get the invoice to you.
If you do not have an alternate email address, please add, nat@watcherwant.com and ebay@watcherwant.com to your ‘safe senders’ list, this will allow your email account to accept email from us. Please then email me & let me know you have added us to your ‘safe senders’ list and I will resend the invoice to you.
We do not send your invoice through eBay as it does not allow us to confirm your postal address, and it doesn’t give us the space we need to explain our payment and postal details. We also need your email address to be correct so we can inform you when we receive your payment & again when we post your parcel to you!
