Started in May of 2007 our store was originally called PhatStorageChic. We are not available to answer emails or other communications on weekends or major holidays.
Payment policy
PayPal is our only accepted form of payment. If possible we like items to be paid within three days of purchase. If you are waiting for an auction to end (or if you are simply still shopping) let us know and we will send one invoice with combined shipping when you have specified you are ready to check out.
Delivery information
We try to ship as quickly as possible. Usually sending shipments out daily, although we do have our listings set for 2 days. Most domestic shipments go out USPS First class, Parcel Post, or FedEx Ground, while international buyers can choose between USPS Priority or Express.
We usually do charge a flat $2 handling fee on most items, but it does not matter if you buy one or fifty items we simply add the $2 onto your combines shipping costs. For, items offering free shipping the $2 fee is waived.
Return policy
The parts we ship are usually delicate in nature so accidents do happen, therefore a 7 day Dead On Arrival (DOA) warranty is in effect for all items unless otherwise specified. In case of DOA we offer an exchange of the same product whenever available. If the exact product is no longer available a similar item may be suggested, and money will be refunded appropriately.
In the event of a DOA:
- Contact us to determine if a replacement is readily available.
- Briefly describe the reason for the return on the back of the eBay invoice.
- Place the unit, in all original packaging, and eBay invoice in the original box. If no invoice is present it may delay exchanges/refunds.
- Once the return is received a replacement or refund will be issued. Only under special circumstances shall a replacement be issued before the return is received.
