Used item… was sent in a box that was for a wallet. Item was most probably a return and sent to me. A danger to health. Asked for refund b it no no comms since they said they have 100% feedback but now they don’t have 100% feedback. Wouldn’t trust

Absolutely a bunch of lies. Brand new item. We don't sell used sex toys. These come in a polythene retail package so we pack these discreetly in any box available so that couriers can't feel what is inside. This buyer has made false claims, demanded a refund and made inapproprite remarks about the way we operate - eg 'disgusting'. He demanded we send him £7.00 to return the item. He never returned the item. He just wanted to ruin our 100% feedback. I think he has psychological problems.
