Business InformationPayment policy
Buyers should pay promptly within 7 days of close of auction. Non paying bidders will be contacted via email if they do not pay within this 7 days period. If buyers still do not pay, an 'Unpaid item dispute' will be started against you. If this still does not make buyers pay, the item will be re listed & the non paying bidder will be left negative feedback. You can pay using the following methods-Pay Pal, Crossed personal cheque, Postal order, Cash or Crossed personal cheque if collected in person. I do not accept non UK money orders or uncrossed cheques. I do not encourage buyers to send cash in the post. If you do send cash in the post it is at your own risk & buyers will become responsible for any loss incurred
Delivery information
I will endeavor to post items out to you the day after payment has been made buy always within 3 days of close of payment being made. I do not post on Wednesdays. All items are securely posted using appropriate packaging materials to ensure that they arrive in a safe & secure condition. I cannot be held responsible for items lost or damaged in the post. Items lost or damaged in the post will not be eligible for a refund. Win 3 or more items & you will receive a 20% discount on your final postage amount e.g. if your postage totals £5.00 for 3 or more items, you will receive a £1.00 postage discount.
Return policy
Items can be returned for a refund as long as they are returned in the same condition as when they were posted to you. Refunds are given at my discretion. Refunds will not be given for items that become damaged or lost whilst in transit via a third party delivery service. Due to some unscrupulous buyers returning items that were not the one's that were originally posted to them, i have had to go to the extreme measure of security marking everything i sell. Please bear this in mind when thinking of returning an item back to me
