The dispatch time is 4-6 weeks due to stock availability and the items are handmade to order. when purchasing this dispatch time is clearly stated. If a message had been sent asking for an early dispatch then I always try my best to help. With this transaction the buyer refrained from asking and so was annoyed that I stuck to my dispatch time stated, I'm a small business and feedback like this is unjust!!!!!
