all reborn items are gift wrapped with a free disposable nappy, postage is usually first class...some of my baby items are postage free when I can.

I always try to give an accurate description and I just love reading the delighted comments left in my feedback. However there was one instance where someone left negative feedback without contacting me first and to this day I still don't know why, despite several attempts to find out!! The moral of this tale is PLEASE CONTACT ME if you are not happy about something and I will sort it out and refund if necessary. I make my items to put a smile on your face!! :-)
