I started by making bedding for my Grandaughter, and after finding a fantastic fabric seller in the US (thanks Elizabeth!) decided to list a couple of things on ebay. It just GREW from there! (So did my Grandchildren - I now have two!)

Delivery information
I always obtain a proof of posting when sending your items, and will do everything I can to help trace anything delayed or missing in the post, but you must be aware that Royal Mail do not class an item posted First Class as lost until 15 working days after despatch and I cannot be held responsible for any delay or loss. If your item hasn't arrived within a couple of days of the expected delivery date, email me and I'll confirm the date I sent it, we can then decide together what to do. If the worst happened and your item was lost, I'm sorry but I CANNOT guarantee to replace items lost in the mail, and may have to offer a refund instead, the refund would be sent to you as soon as I could log the item as missing with Royal Mail. I appreciate your concern about missing items (it's happened to me too) you've paid for something and you want it delivering!

Feedback
I don't like the term Feedback Blackmail (I won't leave feedback for you until you've left it for me!!) but after many occasions where I've left feedback as soon as I've received payment for an item then not received any in return, I now leave feedback when I've received feedback from you and I know that you've received your item and everthing is OK.
PLEASE, if there are any problems at all with your order, let me know before leaving neutral or negative feedback. Discovering a comment like -not value for money- without any contact with me doesn't help anyone - I don't know what the problem is so can't do anything about fixing it (I suspect in this particular instance that the buyer hadn't read the listing properly and didn't understand what a FQ was).
If you're not sure about anything email me before you buy, and if you're not happy when you've received your order get in touch with me straight away, I WILL do everything I can to sort it out.
