I have a full time job, and eBay is kind of my hobby. (Is that sad?!) I post as quickly as I can. If it's my day off then I'll post the same day, but generally it will be the next day - but always within 48 hours barring exceptional circumstances.

I take cheques, Postal Orders and Paypal, and I have no preference which you use. (Please keep a record of the Postal Order's number though in case it doesn't get here.)

What I charge you for P&P is what it costs me. There's a table in every listing showing how I charge by weight but if you have any questions please email me at jack@pjge.co.uk My postage is calculated by adding the postage price for that weight plus 75p for Recorded Mail and usually 65p for the padded envelope and bubble wrap etc. I like to snuggle your item in plenty of padding all the way to your letter box so that it's well protected and gets to you in one piece. I reuse and recycle packaging whenever I can so that I feel less guilty about the mountain of bubble wrap that I get through, and also this saves us all money.

If there is a problem with your item then please email me. (I'm a nice reasonable person, and if it is damaged or faulty in some way then of course I'll refund your money in full including postage when you return it to me.) If you've just changed your mind then please return the factory sealed item, and I will give store credit for the purchase price - but not the postage. However I cannot accept returns of unsealed cosmetic products for health & hygiene reasons - unless they are faulty. If you have any questions, then please email. I usually respond quickly and I'm very nice I promise!

I use the eBay messaging system to keep in touch with you - so if you feel there's been a gap in communications that's where all my messages will be. I always send a message to say thank you for your payment and letting you know when to expect your parcel at the very least.

If you're still worried, emailing jack@pjge.co.uk should get you a speedy response - but please bear in mind that I go to work and have evenings out just like normal people so don't panic if the reply is not instantaneous. ;-) I love getting messages, and if there's ever a problem, email is the easiest, quickest and most stress free way to get it sorted out.

But I'm not at home very much to answer it! I can check my email and eBay messages while I'm working though. (Don't tell my boss!)
