I started crafting years ago, when my sister and I got into making earrings. Since then, we've both learnt a lot, and branched out - I make mostly jewellery, Bag Charms, Necklaces, Earrings, Bookmarks - anything beaded!

I've been selling on Ebay for quite a while now, but I still get a buzz when people buy my items. I love it when people get pleasure from something I've put together!

I accept Paypal, and I will accept cheques from UK residents. Postal Orders are great too, because you don't have to wait for them to clear! I have a straightforward postal discount system - if you buy something else within five days, then please let me know and I can combine the invoice, and offer the second, and further items at a discount postal rate of 0.25p within the U.K. However, if you don't let me know you're after a second item, it's likely that I will post your item as soon as possible - and once I've posted an item, I can't offer you any postal discount.

I always re-use padded envelopes, but everything is securely wrapped and packed. I like to present items well, so everything goes in a nice pouch or little box, and wrapped in tissue etc.

Feel free to return any item within 14 days of receipt - for any reason. Return postage costs at own expense, but all other costs will be refunded. Return items to Whiteouse, 481 Bath Road, Brislington, Bristol - you'll usually find my return address label on the back of the envelope the item arrived in.
