We aim to despatch all our items as quickly as possible. For our larger items we use DHL Home Delivery 48hr Service. For our smaller items we use Royal Mail 1st Class Recorded. Both require a signature upon delivery. This gives both of us peace of mind. For international orders we send via Royal Mail International Signed For Mail. This method will require a signature upon delivery also.

We accept returns if you are not 100% happy with your item. Please contact us should you wish to return an item to us & we will provide you with a returns address. Item must be back with us within 7 working days. We will issue refund minus our p&p cost's. If you item arrives damaged then please contact us as above. We will send you a replacement item & ask you to post the damaged item back to us at our cost.
