Our refund policy, due to any number of reasons why your item went missing (lost in post, wrong address, left with neighbour, returned to sorting office, ect), we can only offer full refunds on items that go missing, if after 14 working days it has not arrived, I will then claim against Royal Mail for non delivery, I will supply them with your address & contact details, they will then contact you to confirm non receipt.

(Personal Cheques), I need 5 working days for them to clear, (Paypal), I will be able to send you the item the next working day, & (Collection in person), if it's easier for you.

I will always try to post the item within 2 working days, Monday - Friday, on receipt of cleared payment, I will always send items via Royal Mail unless otherwise stated on the listing, I will leave feedback as soon as I post your item, if you think your item is missing, please check out buildings and with neighbours just in case it has been left with them, as some of my items are to large to fit through a standard letter box.

If the item is (bought in error), I will accept returns, the item needs to be returned in the condition it was sent in, as I will need to re-sell the item, all costs shall be covered by you in sending back the item, (Damaged in transit), I always check to the best of my ability for defects or flaws in manufacture, so in the unlikely event of damage please let me know before returning the item, if the error is at my end I will cover return postage costs as well as the replacement and postage of the replacement item if required.

If you need to contact me send me a message through Ebay and I will usually respond within 2 - 3 hours, sometimes sooner, as I regularly check for messages, if you need to speak to me over the phone or via email click contact details at the bottom of any of my listings.

Unfortunately Ebay has changed the rules when selling knives & blades this effects me because I have blade in the description of my auctions, even though these are saw blades for wood, metal & plastic, Ebay still see them as weapons ?, so unfortunately you will need to put a credit card on file, Ebay will not charge your card it is just for security they say, this should then let you bid on my items freely.
