PayPal is our primary method of payment at the moment and all payments must be sent to auctions@supplementcentral.com.

All orders shipped via UPS or USPS. Orders aren't shipped until all items ordered are in stock. If you have a question about stock, please e-mail us (auctions@supplementcentral.com). Order cut-off time for same business day shipping is 1PM EST. Items ordered to a P.O. box or military address (APO/FPO) MUST be sent via USPS. Remember that UPS may require a signature on some deliveries. Orders returned because of 3 failed delivery attempts, a wrong address (when it's the customer's fault) or orders that are refused will all incur a $10 penalty. Weekends aren't included in estimated shipping times. International orders are shipped mostly via USPS but UPS is also available. Normal delivery time for USPS Airmail is 3-6 weeks. Global Priority is available on some orders. We are not responsible for items seized in customs, so please know your local laws relevant to the items you order. The customer assumes full responsibility for seized items and no refund will be given for shipping costs.

If you are sent the wrong product, please contact us at auctions@supplementcentral.com or by phone at 800-808-2996. We will gladly solve your problem and issue you an RMA number. All other returns are not accepted, so please be aware of the product you are ordering! Please contact the product manufacturer for all defective products.
