We started as an Inflatible Hire business and after some requests for party ware we started to sell some items through eBay. We then had to move to a ware house so as to make room for all the ranges and stock to keep up with the demand from eBay and also our website, we have now opened a retail shop in Horsham, with free parking outside, which anyone is welcome to visit. Our newest addition to our company profile is a NABAS qualified balloon decorator. We can now offer artistic balloon displays from a double bubble to an arch to a cloud nine, quotations are avaialble upon request for this service.

We only take Paypal or and Postal Orders through eBay and now have the availblitiy to take credit and debit cards through our website, or cash if you choose to pick up your items from our shop.

We aim to offer competitive postage costs, but members should be aware that some of the money goes towards not just posting but ebay fees, paypal fees, packaging fees and wages. We offer a 50% reduction on multiple orders, the most expensive postage cost being the full priced item, if you are buying a large amount of items the maximum postage will be £5.95 and if you spend over £75 with us the postage will be FREE to mainland UK only.

We only accept returns on faulty items ~ these have to be agreed before the item is return for exchange or refund. The buyer is responsible for the postage costs of returning the item to us, if they are requesting an exchange then we will post the item at our cost. If they are requesting a refund this will only be given for the bid or buy it now price and will NOT include the postage and packaging costs.
