My order was lost by parcel force. However as soon as I contacted the seller they started the process to find the lost tyres with parcel force. After giving parcel force two days to locate them, which they could not the seller just sent out another pair of tyres to me at their own expense,whilst they put in a clam for the lost original order. Great customer service which is priceless when things go wrong like lost parcels.

Overall feedback is positive as seller did not do anything wrong. Delivery company is a joke. They send my parcel, no updates available since 17/10/2023 - report that item has not came to me, eBay stated to wait for longer time; report it again on 26/10/2023 to find out that my parcel has been delivered!!! Not to me of course. It was handed to my someone who living on similar name street same number! I spent few hours looking for this house! Not recommended DX couriers.
