My items are brand new unless stated otherwise, when stating the price and pp, i have to take into account the cost to myself for packaging as i am sure is understandable, and would ask buyers, to also take this into account, when bidding on or buying an item from me, i offer postage discount on more than one item purchased in a single transaction, and whilst i am an understanding person, i find it very upsetting and unfair, that items are bought and then pp charges are deemed not to be satisfactory - it is not just the cost of the postage, but the packaging used to send the item securely

I accept most methods of payment to make it easier for buyers - non UK buyers please wait for my invoice as i will have to check postage - thank you - i will contact you prior to raising the invoice to confirm postage costs - E-CHEQUE users, please let me know this is how you are going to pay via paypal and please be aware, the cheque can take up to 10 days to clear! unfortunately i will have to wait for the cheque to clear before i can send the goods to you - sorry! I will always combine purchases if items are purchased within a 10 day period, all i ask is that you let me know if you have bought an item but are still bidding or wish to continue looking
Delivery information
I only charge for the packaging used, which obviously is taken into account when stating the postage of an item, this is secure and usually bubble lined, and postage (no profit) - i have items weighed and rely on the post office to state the correct postage - on occasions this has proved - unfortunately - to be wrong - and i apologise in advance - but if you contact me, i will do my best to resolve the situation immediately and if my mistake, will reimburse instantly via paypal - i cannot be held responsible for admin charges if you have to collect the item from the post office - Sorry! - i obtain post office receipts for all items sent and can produce proof of postage and costs - as with most things these days P&P has not escaped the rise in cost, unfortunately it is not so much the weight as the length/height of the package!
Return policy
If you are unhappy or do not like an item once received, please just let me know - i will refund or replace immediately - minus return pp charges - and would ask that the item be returned as it was sent out, in secure safe packaging so as to avoid damage to the item(s)
